Ingredients
  1. 1 large head cauliflower, cut and trimmed
  2. 2 oz low-fat cream cheese
  3. 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  4. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain water then add cream cheese, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Whip with beaters or mash by hand then serve.
